Driver remains at all times responsible for determining the correct speed limit and to abide by such speed limits, including in situations in which a speed limit may be altered, but such change in speed limit is not recognized by the navigation system, such as in the cases of reduced speeds in construction zones or where posted speed limits have been recently increased or decreased.
